Taern was kind, generous, and a loyal friend to many. Amongst other service, Taern served as Ben Dunfirth\u2019s baron from 2012-2016, and will be greatly missed both within our society and beyond. An obituary can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccbscares.ca\/memorials\/eric-white\/5666317?brid=q2mc7-M7WetCDLppBzm1Gw\">Baron Taern&#8217;s obituary<\/a> <i class=\"fa-external-link-alt fas fas circle-none fusion-text-flow fusion-disable-editing fusion-inline-ajax\" style=\"color: #211916;\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p>It has been a busy fall for the barony, with Huntsman\u2019s Harvest again drawing a crowd of over two hundred to the barony\u2019s lands. Spread across the day were sandwich-themed tournaments to please His Majesty, and archers and thrown weapons ranges hosted the respective Order of the Mark vigilants Magistra Nika and (now) Master Iohn Spooner. Beyond Huntsman\u2019s, members of the barony travelled to events in our cousin baronies across the kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Finally: I am still looking for a deputy to assist with the newsletter and potentially take it over in the future. Helping out could mean taking photos, putting together features, or helping make everything fit together page.
