All Quarterly Heraldic Reports are to be submitted are submitted to the Trillium Herald via this online report form.
Canton and Shire Pursuivants must submit their reports by email to their Baronial Pursuivant.

Senior Staff Heralds, Heralds & Pursuivants-At-Large, Canton Pursuivants must include an updated Order of Precedence (aka Domesday Report), via email (as noted above), Shire Pursuivants must include an updated Order of Precedence (aka Domesday Report), via email (as noted above)

Court Reports
Court Reports must be submitted as soon as possible after the event. The presiding herald at each court is responsible for reporting that court’s activities. Heralds presiding over kingdom and baronial courts must submit separate reports.
Winners of kingdom level competitions (Crown Tourney, Kingdom A&S, etc.) must be reported. Other competition winners and happenings do not need to be reported, but are nice to include. The court report can be emailed to:
ealdormere.courtreports@emaildodo.com.
A Court Report must include the following:
- Name and Date of Event
- Names of Kingdom and Baronial level Awards given, and recipients’ SCA names
- Names of Competitions held, awards won, and winners’ SCA names
- Entries to be made on the Scroll of Honour
- Descriptions of other notable events in kingdom and baronial courts
