Tables will have a variety of things to taste to start: marinated cheese, pickles, spreads, roasted chickpeas, and bread.
For the remove, there will be carrot soup, lentil salad with peas, egg and onion tarte, braised spiced chicken with wine, red cabbage with bacon, buckwheat frumenty, and buttered greens with croutons.
Sweets (assorted cookies and other desserts) will be served on a side board to allow folks who finish quickly to go on to socialize, and to allow those who are replete to nibble while enjoying dancing or post feast activities.
