- Hummus Kassa حمّص كسا: Chickpeas, tahini, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, white wine vinegar, olive oil, mint, parsley, green olives, lemon juice, black pepper, ceylon cinnamon, coriander, salt and atraf tib (bay leaves, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, cloves, rosebuds, long pepper and ginger)
- Hummus bi Tahinah حُمُّص بطحينة: Chickpeas, tahini, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt and cumin
- Mujadara مجدّرة: Black/brown lentils, long grain white rice, yellow onions, olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin and parsley (for garnish)
- Lifit (pickled turnip) مُحَشّي لِفِتْ: Turnip, water, salt, vinegar, beets
- Dolmades ورق عنب محشي: Grape leaves, rice, onion, water, soybean oil, tomato paste, salt, mint, dill, black pepper, citric acid
- Pita خبز عربي : Flour, water, yeast and salt
- Gluten-free pita: [Promise brand] Water, rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, canola oil, cellulose fibre, glycerol, psyllium seed husk powder (mustard), brown rice flour, corn starch, navy bean flour, sugar, yeast, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, salt, fermented corn starch (fermented corn, inactivated yeast), malic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, potassium sorbate, sorbic acid, natural flavour (flavour, ethyl alcohol, yeast extract, triacetin, maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin)
- Osh El Bulbul عش البلبل: (only non-vegan food offering, due to honey): Sugar, honey, orange, orange blossom water, lemon juice, vegan butter (PC brand), Kataifi dough (flour, cornstarch, salt, oil), pistachios and ground cardamom
- Rizogalo رز بالحليب: Arborio rice, soy milk, white sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, vanilla extract (there will be honey and crushed pistachios as options to go on top)
