From 401 east or west bound, take exit 509 and turn North towards Codrington up Hwy 30. Community Centre is on the west side of the Highway in Codrington.
From HWY 7 (Ottawa), turn onto County Road 50 and proceed to Codrington. Centre is on the west side of the highway.

Site fee: $30 for Non-Members, $20 for Members, Youth 17 and younger enter free
Gate will be closing at noon so that the staff can enjoy the event
This is a dry site! No alcohol is permitted on site.

11 am – Morning Court, at their Majesties’ pleasure
– A Chivalry meeting will begin once Court finishes
– Following Court the Lists will open for authorizations and inspections
12:30 pm – Lunch
1 pm – Gate Closes
– Youth Tournament
– Armoured Combat – Tournament, followed by the “Hammer Social”
– Fencing – Bear pit tournament followed by the “Hammer Social”
– Archery – Opens
– Thrown Weapons – Opens
– A&S Circle – Lesson on T-Tunics Presented by THL Constance of Caldrithig – Located at Constance’s Sunshade
– Ad-Hoc – Dancing with Mistress Emma – Located in the picnic shelter
1:30 pm – Archery Yeomen of the Wolff Shoot
2 pm – Lunch counter closes
– Bardic Circle -Facilitated by Lord Seamus – Located in the picnic shelter
2:30 pm – Thrown Weapons Yeomen of the Wolf
– Archery Royal round
3:30 pm – Newcomer’s Corner – ‘Wassail, Oyez and People Talking In Court’ Presented by Sir Brand Thorvaldson – Located in the picnic shelter
4:30 pm – Court, at their Majesties’ pleasure
7 pm – Site closes

Sir Tiberius of Warwickshire will be sitting his Vigil for the Order of the Laurel.
Baroness Anne Tinker will be sitting her Vigil for the Order of the Pelican.

There is plenty of room outside for Presences.
Marshals confirmed for the event are Koðran Inn Hvíti Gylðir (Armoured Combat), Wulfgang Donnerfast (Youth Combat), Brennait la Belle Fleur (Fencing), Graeme de Cherboug and Nika Dmitrieva doch’ Zvezdina (Archery), and Baron Daffydd (Thrown Weapons).

Garb Swap
Do you have old garb that no longer fits? Too much feast gear? Baskets taking up space? Crafting supplies you no longer need? We will be setting up an SCA swap table. Items in usable condition are welcome. Anything still left at the end of the day can be reclaimed by the donor or will be donated to future swap tables.
