Site Rules

Site Rules

Children

Children 12 years old and under must be within voice range of their caregiver.

Fires

Fires are permitted. Fire rings MUST be used and are provided. First come, first served. All fire pits that are dug, must be filled in before leaving.

Parking

Parking is ONLY in the parking lot. Please unload as quickly as possible and move your vehicle to the parking lot so others can come in. Roads are a single car/trailer width and there is no room to park your vehicle at any time other than initial unloading and final loading.

You may bring your town run items to your site but are asked to keep it to a 15 minute maximum. If you park anywhere other than the parking lot longer than 15 minutes, you may be asked to leave the site for the duration of the event. We need to leave room for the Honey wagon as well as Emergency Vehicles and as a Health & Safety issue this is a zero tolerance subject.

Showers

Showers are again available with hot water on demand units. If you have your own shower for your site, you will need to bring your own water or use the water from the shower area ONLY (a 500 gallon container will be provided). The water supplier we have will not come to refill and if it is hot, we need water to stay hydrated first and foremost.

Drinking Water

Drinking water will be available. This is a 1500 gallon and a 500 gallon (Shower area) container and our water supplier does not come to refill. Please do NOT use for encampment showers, pools, etc. Only drinking, cooking.

Pools, other activities that use water

If you bring a small pool, please arrange your own water.

Alcohol

Site is wet. Please be respectful of your fellow campers. Help those with you stay safe. Walk them home if necessary. No sale of alcohol will be permitted.

Garbage

Garbage is available. We encourage recycling but please bring all recycling home.

Food Vendors

There will be food vendors on site Saturday and Sunday. More info to follow.
