The Wassail soup potluck returns for 2025. There are outlets available and please provide an ingredients list

Menu:
- Bread, butter and cheese (by request, Gluten free buns, dairy alternative, cheese alternative)
- Veggie soup
- Mulled spice pork roast with roasted veggies (Vegetarian option by request: roasted chickpeas with mulled spices)
- Scottish short bread and hot chocolate (by request, Vegan short bread, vegan hot chocolate)
Feast Ingedients:
On the tables to start
Buns: Flour, yeast, sugar, water
Cheese: Milk, Ultrafiltered milk, Cream, Salt, Bacterial culture, Annatto, Calcium chloride, Microbial enzyme
Herb Butter: Butter salt, Garlic, Thyme, Basil, sage, Rosemary and chives ( Parsley and cilantro are gross and taste like fermented green)
Honey butter: Butter and Honey

Gluten free buns: Gluten free flour (Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Pea Hull Fibre, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum.) Milk, sugar,salt,egg butter, baking powder, and psyllium husk powder
Butter Alternative: Canola oil 74%, Water, Modified palm and palm kernel oils 6%, Salt, Natural flavours, Lactic acid, Vitamin A palmitate (vitamin A), Vitamin D2, Beta carotene, Soy lecithin, Calcium disodium EDTA.
Cheese alternative: Daiya Oat Creamâ„¢ Blend (water, Gluten-free Oat Flour, Pea Protein, Bacterial Cultures, Enzymes), Coconut Oil, Modified Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Salt, Konjac Flour, Natural Colour (concentrates From Pepper, Apple, Tomato, Water), Annatto, Yeast Extract, Tricalcium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Lactic Acid, Natural Flavours.
Main Course
Vegetable soup: water, onion, carrot, parsnip, whole green peas, dark red kidney beans, white beans, whole yellow peas, yellow split peas, pearl barley, green split peas, green lentils, pinto beans, small red beans, black beans long grain white rice, garlic, bay leaf, mustard, salt, pepper, dextrose, glucose solids, yeast extract, onion powder, spic extractives ( contains soy lecithin) spice, canola oil, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, garlic powder and colour.
Pork roasted with Cloves, all spice, cinnamon, Star anise, cardamom and pink pepper. With Apple sauce (apples honey and same spices as above) and au jus (depending on availability at the market on Thursday before Wassail)
Roasted Veggies: Carrots, Onions, Potatoes, Parsnips, Garlic, vegetable oil, salt

Chickpeas with Cloves, all spice, cinnamon, Star anise, cardamom and pink pepper, Apples sauce( apples, sugar Mulling spices) (depending on availability at the market on Thursday before Wassail)
Dessert
Scottish Shortbread: Flour, butter, sugar, salt
Milk Hot chocolate: Milk, Heavy cream, Cocoa, Semi sweet chocolate (Unsweetened chocolate, Sugar, cocoa butter, Milk ingredients, soy lecithin and natural flavour)

Vegan shortbread: Flour, vegan butter(Canola oil 74%, Water, Modified palm and palm kernel oils 6%, Salt, Natural flavours, Lactic acid, Vitamin A palmitate (vitamin A), Vitamin D2, Beta carotene, Soy lecithin, Calcium disodium EDTA.) Sugar salt (Still experimenting with recipes, or may buy from bakery)
Vegan hot Chocolate: Oak milk, Sugar, cocoa powder, cocoa butter
