Join the Academy of Defense in the Stronghold of Greyfells, for an afternoon full of teaching, tourneying and testing your skills. Fencers of all skill levels welcome!
Featuring
- a class on Alfonso Falloppia of Lucca’s teachings with Rozi Galea, aka Master Rigel
- sparring time to work through the class content
- a tournament to round out the day
Gallery space is available for spectators and non-combatants to observe the tournament and socialize.
This event is an afternoon to build your fencing skills. It doesn’t include lunch or feast.

The site is in central Kingston, has adjascent offstreet parking, changing space in the washrooms, access to water for drinks and water bottles.
No kitchen access at this event: for hot drinks please BYO (electric) kettle and tea or coffee.
Kingston has lots of food options for all budgets, if you want to get together before or after the event for a meal with friends.

No advance registration required! Pay at the door.
