City Finances
Eoforwic City finances are not subject to the financial policy above. They are completely “unofficial” and are treated like the finances of a SCA household (of which all Eoforings are members). Any donations to city finances are made knowing this. City finances are used in a variety of ways. Some examples include:
- Refreshments for the City Guard and Provisioning the City Comissariat
- Provisioning prizes for city competitions or awards
- Provisioning city regalia and assets
- Complementary attendance at events beyond those individuals set out in the financial policy, at the request of the citizenry
- Paid membership for volunteer officers who might not otherwise be able to serve
- Honoraria for invited speakers
