Welcome to the Barony of Rising Waters, our dear friends, and new friends alike. All are very welcome in the Barony of Rising Waters Community. Our barony holds secure the southern-most borders of the Kingdom of Ealdormere. Whether your interests lie within the many arts, crafts and sciences that enhance a medieval atmosphere, in the different martial activities that protect Baronial lands and the populace, or in the joy that is inspired by our bards at feast, or around a bright campfire—You are welcome to join in our past times and community in the SCA and the Barony of Rising Waters.
For newcomers, we recommend you contact , who will help you get started on your medieval journey. You will find that Rising Waters is a friendly, welcoming community, ready to share in welcoming you with a story, a song, or support.
My term as the territorial Baroness of Rising Wates is soon coming to an end, and my heirs, Noble Mihko Pîsim and Umesaya Soukurou-dono will soon sit the High Seats. It has been an honour to serve the Rising Waters community, and while I cherish the experience I also look forward to supporting Their Nexcellencies. Please join us at the Baronial Investiture on September 13th, 2025 at the St. Catharines Optimist Youth Club on Linwell Ave. and join me in celebrating the ongoing legacy of Rising Waters!
