Seneschal Report Form

Please fill out as completely as possible. Reports are due four times per year:

• February 15
• May 15
• August 15
• November 15

The entries on this form go to the Kingdom Seneschal. This form will email you a copy of your entries at your provided email address. You will need to forward the results to any other officers requiring your report (Example: you are a Canton officer and need to send a copy to your Baronial Seneschal).
