Register Your Event

For additional information on how to steward an event, please see the Event Steward’s Handbook.

To successfully register your event, it must:

  • Be added to the Kingdom Calendar, and
  • Be published in an edition of The Tidings before your event’s start date.

Creating a Event Page

You may register your event before an event web page is created; however, it is recommended that you include the event page link during initial registration so interested parties know where to find updated information as it becomes available.

It’s also recommended to create an event web page on your local barony, canton, shire, or stronghold’s WordPress site. Doing so provides a centralized, accessible location for event details and helps drive traffic to your branch website.

It is not recommended to use a social media page as your primary source of event information as this excludes all potential attendees who do not have social media access.

If you require assistance with creating a new event page or event site, please contact inform the Kingdom Clerk Register as a new event site will not be automatically created for you.

If you do not include an event web page with your initial registration, please email the Kingdom Calendar Secretary (ealdormerecalsec@gmail.com) and the Kingdom Chronicler (ealdormere.kchronicler@gmail.com) to have your event details updated.

Fill out the Event Request Form

This form will notify:

If you would prefer to not use the Event Request Form, you may register your event by contacting the Calendar Secretary directly with the following minimum information:

  • Name of the Event
  • Date of the event, and start/end times if applicable.
  • Name of the Hosting Group
  • Street address of the Event
  • Name and contact email for the autocrat
